Unclaimed Funds

Please note that notifications regarding unclaimed funds are governed by the Ohio Revised Code. Upon receipt of notification that you are owed a refund(s) from South Euclid Municipal Court, please follow the steps outlined in your notifying communication to process your claim. You do have a reasonable period of time to request the return of your money, however, it is important to remember your claim is time sensitive. If you do not request this return, these monies will be forwarded to the Treasury of the City of South Euclid. We believe in Service to our community and to others. The concept of community re-investment is encouraged and nurtured in each employee at every opportunity. All SEMC employees are provided a chance to volunteer throughout the year. Full-time employees are given forty (40) paid hours per year to devote to volunteerism at the place or organization of their choosing while part-time employees are provided twenty (20) paid hours to do the same. In this small effort, it is hopeful that the inspiration to do more, give more and reinvest more thrives.
