Arrange complaint form, lease agreement (if not applicable, note the situation on the complaint form) and 3 day notice into a packet.
Bring the original packet along with 3 copies of the original packet for each defendant to file with the court.
Filing fee: $160.00 for one defendant, plus $15.00 for each additional defendant.
The 3 day notice must be posted for 3 FULL business days before filing.

All SEMC employees are provided a chance to volunteer throughout the year. Full-time employees are given forty (40) paid hours per year to devote to volunteerism at the place or organization of their choosing while part-time employees are provided twenty (20) paid hours to do the same.
