THE SOUTH EUCLID MUNICIPAL COURT THEFT DIVERSION PROGRAM
A specialized program aimed at first time low level theft offenders that enter the South Euclid Municipal Court System. Eligible offenders shall enter a No Contest Plea to be held in abeyance until completion of the program.
Offenders will attend Life Skills and Anti-Theft classes at South Euclid Municipal Court on four consecutive Saturdays beginning August 16, 2014.
Upon completion of the four consecutive Saturdays of Life Skills and Anti-Theft classes, the offenders will complete a required number of hours of Community Work Service as determined by the Court.
Offenders will pay a programing fee of $250.00. After classes are successfully completed, program fees paid and Community Service hours performed, and verified the Offender will be scheduled to appear before Judge Gayle Williams-Byers to have their offense dismissed and sealed.
